Delivery

Due to our unique size, finish & fabric options, all products are individually made to order.

Manufacturing lead times vary from product to product, but we aim to have orders that include bed frames or bases delivered in 2 - 3 weeks to most of the UK.

Please allow up to 4 weeks if the delivery address is more than 250 miles by road from Carnforth, Lancashire or rural Wales.

Orders for mattresses and / or bedding products only, will normally be delivered in 1 - 2 weeks.

We offer 3 delivery options ( UK mainland excluding postcodes AB, IV, KW, PH & PA )

Economy ( Free ) - this is a ground floor / front door delivery by parcel post ( DPD, FedEx, Royal Mail etc ) with online tracking.

Premium ( £30 ) - 2 man, white glove service to the room of your choice on a pre-arranged day, with a call 1 hour prior to arrival.

Premium Plus* ( £79 ) - All the benefits of Premium + your bed frame or base assembled on site, mattress positioned and all packaging removed leaving you to enjoy the rest of your day.
* Premium Plus service is not available for bunk bed orders.
